What is free, and what costs money?
Checking is free: one app, checked every day, with the score and fix kits to do it yourself. Beside a plan, up to 10 more apps stay free.
Watch is €29 an app a month and Care €99. A single fix from us is €99. Pay yearly and get two months free.
Vallit is a small business under § 19 UStG and charges no VAT.
What is the difference between Watch and Care?
Watch is for founders who fix it themselves. It covers every check, the five-minute watch on a confirmed domain, and fixes from us at €99 each.
Care is for apps with paying users. It adds fixes for every confirmed finding with no monthly limit: a person at Vallit prepares the change, and you decide to merge it.
I look after many apps. Is there a better price?
From 10 paid apps in a company, every paid app costs the lower price: Watch €19 and Care €69 a month. You can mix Watch and Care, one plan per client app.
Apps on Free do not count towards the ten and cost nothing.
How does the trial work?
A first Watch plan starts with 14 days free. Stripe takes the card at the start and charges it when the days end, unless you cancel before.
An order with a Care app starts paid, and a company that had a plan before gets no second trial.
What counts as a check I start?
Ten a month for each app on Watch or Care, and three on the free check. Apps on Free beside a plan have none of their own.
The daily checks do not count, and the count starts again on the first of each month.
Can I cancel, and do I get money back?
You cancel in Stripe’s billing portal. The plan keeps everything it includes until the date it ends, and nothing already paid is refunded for the rest of the period. Your reports stay readable.
A paid fix that we cannot deliver is refunded.
How do I pay?
By card on Stripe’s payment page. Vallit never sees the card number. Invoices are on the billing page and in Stripe’s billing portal.
If a payment fails, the plan shows Payment failed and your apps stay watched while you update the card.
